The total investment amount depends on the number of arenas you plan to open at your venue.

Each arena requires a dedicated set of equipment – including VR headsets, PCs, routers, and Wi‑Fi access points. The full equipment cost per zone starts from approximately $5,000.

As for the Anvio franchise or license model, we offer three flexible pricing options to suit different business needs:

· Annual subscription – unlimited game launches for a fixed yearly fee.
· Pay‑per‑player – a fixed cost per guest.
· Royalty plan (10%) – you set your own player pricing, and the system automatically calculates and deducts a 10% royalty from your total revenues.

The annual subscription and pay‑per‑player fees vary by region. You can easily request the current price list by filling out the form on our website.

The cost of venue renovation and preparation will depend on the condition of your location. Our specialists are happy to provide consulting and support at every stage of setup and launch.

The total initial investment to open an Anvio VR park with a large 10×10 m arena and lounge – including renovation, equipment, rent deposit, marketing, and software subscription – is approximately $50,000, depending on regional specifics.

Our games can be tested. Now, we have 3 options to do so:

• Test the games at one of our operating partner venues. Simply fill out the request form on our website. Our manager will contact you to identify the nearest ANVIO arena and schedule a complimentary testing session for you.
• Two games, “City Z” and “Dragon VR”, can be downloaded for free from the Steam store. These versions are designed for one player. They fully correspond to the versions of games for large arenas, except for the way of movement and the number of participants. This option gives a complete picture of the gameplay and graphics. However, it should be mentioned that the variant of games with free movement throughout the site (free roam) is more immersive.
• You may also request a remote test setup at your venue. After submitting the request form on our website, our manager will contact you to coordinate the process. We can provide you with the full version of the game along with detailed installation instructions, or arrange remote assistance from our technical support team, who will guide you through the setup and configuration. Once the installation is completed, you will receive a 1-week trial period, allowing you to fully test and evaluate the experience in your own space.

We do not sell equipment and we do not make any money from it. We provide a list of necessary equipment that can be bought independently in stores. Some items from the list are accompanied by links to articles to facilitate the search.

The average monthly revenue for a single 10 × 10 m Anvio VR arena typically ranges from $20,000 to $30,000, depending on visitor flow, pricing policy, and local conditions. The average payback period is around 10 months.

We have four game zone options:

• 100 m² arena (10х10 m), where up to 6 people can play at the same time;
• 200 m² arena (10х20 m) — up to 12 players;
• 25 m² arena (5х5 м) — up to 4 players;
• adjustable arena from 16 m² to 400 m² — from 2 to 12 players.

Franchising

There are no additional fees for the franchise option compared to licensing. You are only required to fulfill the conditions of opening a franchise: the installation of at least two game zones, one of which is 10x10m; as well as the presence of a reception and a lounge area.

The main distinction of franchising is operating under the Anvio VR brand . You also receive:

• Three types of licensing models to choose from:
• 10% of the revenue from Anvio games.
• Annual subscription. The price depends on the region and is sent upon request.
• Pay-per-player. It is a fixed payment for each player in the game session. The price also depends on the region and is sent on request.
• A knowledge base with instructions for launching and conducting marketing, successful promotional bundles, marketing materials, verified settings, and a list of key requests.
• A separate web page for your company with SEO optimization for your region. The system of booking and buying tickets integrated on this page.
• A personal manager to support and inform about the latest news and updates, as well as technical support, consultations, assistance in promotion, staff training, remote equipment setup.
• The constant expansion of sets of equipment necessary for the club, as well as a list of equipment for each playing area with links to purchase them.
• Software for running games and detailed analytics.
• Support at all stages.

Licensing

Licensing is the right to use games developed and provided by Anvio VR, but doing so under your own brand.

The main distinctions of cooperation under a license:

• The royalty payment type “10% of the revenue from Anvio games” is not available.
• Annual subscription and pay-per-player are available.
• A limited access to the knowledge base: there will be neither recommendations on effective promotional bundles, nor a list of keywords for promotion.
• On your company web page, there is no SEO optimization.

For the 5x5m game zone, we recommend using our free roam games, as well as games from the Steam store. It will significantly expand your game lineup. In such a game arena, you can run different games for all participants of the session at the same time. In this case, the zone of 5x5 m requires 5 computers, one of which is a server computer.


For the 10x10 m zone, there is a single team game launched for all players, that is why only one server computer is required.

The average duration of our VR storyline games for areas of 100 m² is up to 30 minutes.
VR games for 25 m² play zones last 15 minutes.
The length of the game sessions of VR team shooter Revolta can be set in a range from 3 to 60 minutes. Depending on your preferences, the arena and the type of a game, you can change the duration of the game rounds.
