• the type of partnership;
• the number of game zones.

Let's look at each of them in more detail.

The type of partnership

We offer two types of partnerships: licensing and franchising.
Licensing is suitable for current VR clubs that want to expand their assortment by adding Anvio games.
In this case, your equipment is reviewed for compliance with our technical requirements and a licensing model is chosen.

We have two types of royalty payments for licensees:
a) Annual subscription.
The price depends on your region and is sent upon request
b) Pay-per-player. A fixed price for each player in the game session.
The price also depends on your region and is sent upon request.

If you want to open your VR park under the Anvio brand, then franchising is your option.
In this case, in addition to the annual subscription and pay-per-plyer options, it becomes possible to pay royalty in the amount of 10% from the revenue of Anvio games.

You create your own pricing policy and discounts for your customers. The system takes into account applied discounts to your customers and calculates the percentage royalty only from received revenues.

Game zones.

We have four game zone options:

1. 100 m² arena (10х10 m);
2. 200 m² arena (10х20 m);
3. 25 m² arena (5х5 м);
4. adjustable arena from 16 m² to 400 m².

Our PvP shooter, Revolta, includes a level editor that can be adapted to any playground dimensions.

Each of the listed zones requires its own equipment and the cost depends on the necessary equipment for each. The cost of a VR helmet Meta Quest 2 starts at $249,99.

Equipment costs:

• For a game zone of 100 m² (10x10 m), where up to 6 players can play at the same time, 6 VR helmets, 1 PC, and Wi-fi access point are required. In this case, the amount of equipment costs will be approximately $3,500.
• For an area of 200 m² (10x10 m), 12 helmets — $5,900.
• For an adjustable area (16 m² - 400 m²), depending on the size and configuration — from $2,900 to $15,100.
• For an area of 25 m² (5x5 m), in addition to the standard set of equipment, we recommend having as many PCs as there are players — up to 4.

Then it will be possible to run any VR games designed for PCs sold in the Steam store. This will significantly expand your game lineup. The cost of such a configuration ranges up to $10,000.

The cost of renovation and preparation of the location depends on its condition. We offer our assistance and consulting at all stages.

Depending on the above factors, the cost of initial investment for one play area ranges from $3,500 to $15,000.

Our games can be tested. Now, we have 3 options to do so:

• Test the games at one of our partner locations. On our website, select the address of the park closest to you where Anvio games are available, make a request and we will organize a free game session.
• Two games, “City Z” and “Dragon VR”, can be downloaded for free from the Steam store. These versions are designed for one player. They fully correspond to the versions of games for large arenas, except for the way of movement and the number of participants.

This option gives a complete picture of the gameplay and graphics. However, it should be mentioned that the variant of games with free movement throughout the site (free roam) is more immersive.

• You can leave a request for a test of the game at your location. After processing it, we will send the full version of the game and instructions for installation. You will be able to test the game for free for 14 days.

We do not sell equipment and we do not make any money from it. We provide a list of necessary equipment that can be bought independently in stores. Some items from the list are accompanied by links to articles to facilitate the search.

Franchising

There are no additional fees for the franchise option compared to licensing. You are only required to fulfill the conditions of opening a franchise: the installation of at least two game zones, one of which is 10x10m; as well as the presence of a reception and a lounge area.

The main distinction of franchising is operating under the Anvio VR brand . You also receive:

• Three types of licensing models to choose from:
• 10% of the revenue from Anvio games.
• Annual subscription. The price depends on the region and is sent upon request.
• Pay-per-player. It is a fixed payment for each player in the game session. The price also depends on the region and is sent on request.
• A knowledge base with instructions for launching and conducting marketing, successful promotional bundles, marketing materials, verified settings, and a list of key requests.
• A separate web page for your company with SEO optimization for your region. The system of booking and buying tickets integrated on this page.
• A personal manager to support and inform about the latest news and updates, as well as technical support, consultations, assistance in promotion, staff training, remote equipment setup.
• The constant expansion of sets of equipment necessary for the club, as well as a list of equipment for each playing area with links to purchase them.
• Software for running games and detailed analytics.
• Location design and support at all stages.

Licensing

Licensing is the right to use games developed and provided by Anvio VR, but doing so under your own brand.

The main distinctions of cooperation under a license:

• The royalty payment type “10% of the revenue from Anvio games” is not available.
• Annual subscription and pay-per-player are available.
• A limited access to the knowledge base: there will be neither recommendations on effective promotional bundles, nor a list of keywords for promotion.
• On your company web page, there is no SEO optimization.

For the 5x5m game zone, we recommend using our free roam games, as well as games from the Steam store. It will significantly expand your game lineup. In such a game arena, you can run different games for all participants of the session at the same time. In this case, the zone of 5x5 m requires 5 computers, one of which is a server computer.


For the 10x10 m zone, there is a single team game launched for all players, that is why only one server computer is required.

The average duration of our VR storyline games for areas of 100 m² is up to 30 minutes.
VR games for 25 m² play zones last 15 minutes.
The length of the game sessions of VR team shooter Revolta can be set in a range from 3 to 60 minutes. Depending on your preferences, the arena and the type of a game, you can change the duration of the game rounds.
