(the “Services”).

The privacy of your personal data is of great importance to us. We do everything to collect only the information (hereinafter referred to as “information”) that is really necessary for order processing and for reliably running the Services. This Policy is intended to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Policy will be published in English, but may be translated into additional languages for convenience of the reader. If this Policy is published in any language other than English, the English language version will be the governing agreement and shall control interpretation of all matters discussed below.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

When you visit the Website and book the Games, you accept the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, then you should not use the Service.

We generally only ask you for your information to provide the Services you request. You can always choose to not provide the information, and also request we delete your information, however in some instances this will mean that we are not able to provide the Services you have requested.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

When you voluntarily provide information

Your information is collected when you enter or otherwise provide it as per the below. The information we collect may change, as the Services offered change over time.

Examples include your name, email, and phone number (when making a booking).

You don’t have to share this information with us, however it may be required in order to complete booking Services.

When you book, we process your entered data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. The data is stored on our servers and are accessible to the operator of the branch which you have booked.

Please note that we DO NOT have access to your payment details (credit card etc.). All transactions and payment details are securely handled by third party electronic system/bank.

If you send us requests through our contact form, your entered data including your provided contact information will be stored on our system. If your request is directed at one of our branches that is operated by one of our franchisees, we forward your request directly to them.

Automatic recording of your information

Some information is collected automatically when you visit our Website, such as from web browsers, cookies, log files, and related technology.

Examples include:
the site location of your booking;
the location of your device, such as from your IP address;
error reports, such as if your equipment fails, or your game experiences and issue.

When you make booking of our Services, we use the information provided to verify your identity and age and to provide Services and carry out our obligations arising from any contract between you and us. The processing of this information is necessary for us to perform our contract with players of the respective Games.

HOW WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION

ANVIO makes commercially reasonable efforts to implement industry standard security measures intended to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information collected. Please acknowledge that even our best efforts cannot make data transmission over an Internet-connected network be guaranteed to be completely secure. This is the reason why we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit on or through the Services and you by agreeing to this Policy you are acknowledging this risk.

TO WHOM YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED

To improve your experience, we will work with third parties, however this Policy doesn’t not apply to these entities which we do not own or control. We will endeavor to choose wisely the entities we work with, but we are unable to confirm that they will adhere to the same privacy practices as us.

We may transfer data to the following third-party services:
Applicable payment provider/bank. Order data for processing your payments;

Beyond that, we never forward your data to any third parties without your express permission. You will never receive advertising emails from other companies due to your subscription of ANVIO newsletters.

BUSINESS PARTNERS

Please note that some site locations are run by ANVIO’s Business Partners, some of who may also be using ANVIO brand or international trademark.

When you interact with the Services you consent to the processing and temporary transfer of your information to countries where a respective site that is operated by our Business Partner is located. For example, we will share your player account and contact information with our Business Partners to allow you to use your player profile when you play at their site locations, or for them to contact you about a booking with them.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA

ANVIO has its place of residence in the Republic of Hungary, and our Business Partners operate Websites internationally.
